Background checks: Crook Properties will conduct a thorough background check on all potential tenants. This may include checking credit scores, criminal records, and rental history.
Income verification: Our managers may require tenants to provide proof of income, such as pay stubs or tax returns, to ensure they can afford the rent.
Rental references: We will contact previous landlords to inquire about a tenant's rental history and behavior.
Employment verification: Verification a tenant's employment status to ensure they have a stable income source.
Lease agreements: Crook Properties will provide tenants with a clear and concise lease agreement that outlines the terms of the tenancy, including rent, security deposit, and any other fees or requirements.
